An acceptable ancestor is a man or woman from Scotland who either immigrated to and settled in Colonial America prior to 4 July 1776 or those men and women from other countries who are lineally descended from Scottish ancestors and later immigrated to and settled in Colonial America prior to 4 July 1776. Women who are lineally descended from acceptable ancestors are eligible for membership.

Our monthly meetings are held on the first Saturday of the month with a Genealogical Studies class at 12:30 pm to 2:00 pm and our Program from 2:00 pm - 3:00 PM
